When client payments arrive
How Stripe timing works for deposits, charges, and bank payouts.
When a client pays a deposit or you charge a card on file, Stripe processes the payment on your Stripe account. Funds move from pending to available on Stripe's schedule for your country and account type.
Payouts from Stripe to your bank are controlled in your Stripe Dashboard, under Settings, then Payouts, where you pick daily, weekly, or another cadence. Crewty does not set your bank payout schedule.
Staff payouts inside Crewty are separate. They move money from your Stripe balance to the staff member's connected account when you run a payout in the app, and only if your balance and Stripe settings allow it.
One thing to keep in mind: a successful charge is not final forever. Card disputes can arrive weeks later, so keep enough balance to cover possible refunds and disputes rather than paying everything out the moment it clears.
