Inviting staff and admins
Add your crew and office seats without sharing your password.
Staff do the jobs. Open the Staff section, enter their email, and send an invite. They receive a link, which expires after several days, to join your business and use the staff portal for their assigned jobs and clock in and out.
Admins help you run the office. Invite additional admin seats from Team or Settings, subject to your plan limits. Admins can manage bookings, clients, and staff, while subscription billing stays with the owner.
A few rules that keep your account safe:
- Never share your owner login. Each person should have their own Crewty account tied to their invite.
- To let staff get paid through Stripe, walk them through setting up staff for Stripe payouts.
- To remove someone, use the remove or deactivate action in Staff or Team so they immediately lose access to your business data.
